Pet
Air Conditioning
Please maintain the air conditioner at 70 degrees when not in the room.
Check-Out
Check-Out time is 10:00am. Please return all keys to the Hotel.
Children
Children must be accompanied on the grounds.
Visitors
Please have any visitors check in at the front desk office of the hotel.
Beverage Machines
Located on the 2nd floor and outside the lobby door in the parking garage at the hotel.
Housekeeping
There is a midweek cleaning on Wednesday for trash removal and light housekeeping.
Condo Main Entrance
Locked 24 hours a day for security. Must have key to enter.
Fire Safety
Open flames of any type including barbecue grills are not permitted on the beach or on condo property. This rule is strictly enforced by the Town of Ocean City Fire Department.
Smoking
No Smoking in the Condos. Please do so only in designated areas. A $500 recovery fee will be charged if any evidence is found of any kind of smoking including, but not limited to, cigarettes, incense, illegal drugs etc. inside the condo units.
Parking
Two parking spots per condo. You must have a parking permit. We have two parking lots: directly underneath the condos or on 1st Street & Philadelphia Avenue (next to De Lazy Lizard Brew Pub).
Internet Access
Wireless internet access is available. Please obtain password information from the front desk at the Hotel.
Linens & Toiletries
We supply sheets and pillowcases and provide a starter package of toiletries for use during your stay.
Quiet Time
Please be considerate of other guests after 11pm and before 8am.
