Welcome to Penthouse luxury, and an Ocean City as never experienced before. The Gateway Grand is Ocean City’s premier luxury building, and Penthouse 1706 is its rare gem! Penthouse 1706 is distinguished as the only four-bedroom, oceanfront, top-floor, southeast corner residence. Its ample amenities, custom millwork, entertainment technology, wraparound and private balconies, and décor are designed to help shape a relaxing environment for up to 10 guests. However, when you are suspended 17 stories into the sky, it’s the views you will remember. Huge picture windows enhanced by the vaulted two-story penthouse ceilings showcase ever-changing, stunning scenery that makes up this barrier island. Every window provides stunning views of water, sky, action, and wildlife. Witness gorgeous sunrises over the ocean, cameos of dolphin pods passing by, hovering seagulls peaking in, views past the boardwalk to Assateague Island, and to the magnificent bay sunsets, and you will find yourself constantly in awe of the natural scenery. Not to mention the manmade visuals, such as banner tow planes passing by at your altitude, the Blue Angels turning around over 1706’s balcony during the airshow, the flurry of boats crisscrossing the bay, or the parade of fishing boats during White Marlin week. After dark, the colorful lights of the city down to the boardwalk and Ferris wheel are hard to forget, while the soft lights of countless bonfires spotting the beach can be seen for miles in each direction. 1706’s unique balconies allow guests the opportunity to step into the scenery. An oversized wrap-around balcony with seating for 8 can be accessed from the living room, dining room, and guest bedroom. A second, private balcony extends from the primary bedroom with intimate seating for 2. It’s more than simply a luxury condominium at the beach, but rather a truly unique experience for you and your guests. Specifics: The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, TV, private balcony, and a private en-suite bath complete with a Jacuzzi tub, glass stand-alone shower, and double vanity sink — your own private spa retreat. Bedroom 2: This bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, 2 reading chairs, a TV, and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3: designed with flexibility in mind, this room offers a full-size daybed with a twin trundle, plus a TV, reading chair, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 4: perfect for couples or guests seeking privacy, this bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and wrap-around balcony access. Living Area: The spacious and beautifully decorated living room showcases panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a beach day on the balcony, where the mesmerizing ocean views steal the show. Enjoy a movie in the evening on the 77” 4K OLED TV coupled with a Sonos sound bar and professionally installed additional Sonos speakers, creating a true movie theater experience. Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern SubZero and Viking stainless-steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals at home during your stay. Whether you’re cooking dinner or serving snacks, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable dining experience. There is a wine refrigerator on the island and a modern washer and dryer in the unit for your added convenience. 3 parking passes are included with your stay and use of the owners’ storage locker with some beach equipment: beach chairs and beach wagon. The owner provides sheets and towels for your convenience. Guest provides their own soaps and paper products. Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days; unit rents Saturday to Saturday. No pets, please. Non-Smoking Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas. $138. Non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. FINAL PAYMENT DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE Your check-in and check-out location is Central Reservations, Inc., 6200 Coastal Hwy., Suite 100, Ocean City, MD 21842, unless otherwise disclosed. If you will be arriving after 5 PM, you must contact our office for late arrival instructions. |

The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups such as high school or college graduates. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies and Guest will not be permitted to occupy the premises. |
| Owner of the above Property, by Central Reservations, Inc., its Agent, in consideration of payments provided, does hereby grant a non-exclusive revocable Lodging Agreement to Guest for the above period and subject to the following terms and conditions. |

| Central Reservations, Inc. has an Agency relationship with the Owner of this Property. Agent has been hired and paid by Owner for the services rendered and will be representing the best interest of the Owner in all negotiations regarding this Lodging Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement"). |

| SECURITY DEPOSIT WAIVER PLAN ("SDWP"): |
| This optional Plan protects you from theft or damage which results from an accident within Property due to your inadvertent acts or omissions. The Security Deposit Waiver Plan ("SDWP") does not cover negligent or willful and wanton conduct. For a full description of the Plan, please refer to the enclosed Description of Coverage detailing full terms and conditions that apply. If a Description of Coverage is not enclosed, contact Central Reservations for a copy. You must notify Central Reservations of any damage or theft to Property during your occupancy, or this Plan is void. Payment for the SDWP will not be accepted after Guest occupies Property. If you choose not to purchase the SDWP, a security deposit will be added to the final balance. Some properties only accept a security deposit. Central Reservations receives a fee for this program. |
| SECURITY DEPOSIT: |
| If a security deposit is required, or you choose to pay a security deposit in lieu of the Security Deposit Waiver Plan, it is to secure the faithful performance of Guest's promises and duties contained herein. Said security deposit will be processed within 30 days of check-out date and will be returned to Guest less any costs for repairs, damages or excessive cleaning charges if Property is not left as required by this Agreement. Guest is responsible for reporting any existing damage upon taking occupancy. |
| TRAVEL INSURANCE: |
| Travel insurance is being offered through the Modern Voyage Travel Protection program and underwritten & offered by American Modern. Please note that there are no refunds due to a hurricane or illness, injury or death if travel insurance is NOT PURCHASED. The insurance premium will be billed on renter's initial deposit and is 7% of the total trip cost. For more detailed information, please call the American Modern policy and coverage questions hotline at 1-888-933-1117. |
| Guest acknowledges travel insurance was offered at the time of the reservation, either verbally or via electronic options. If Guest declined travel insurance, the Lodging Agreement will so note $0.00 in the upper monetary portion of the Agreement. Guest may purchase travel insurance up to thirty days prior to arrival date by contacting Central Reservations at 1-877-736-8621 between 9am-5pm daily.
