Description of Property
Island Cabana 102 Ocean view from your balcony and located just a half block from the beach. This sparkly clean condo has recently been updated to include all new carpet, furniture, and mattresses. The condo is family friendly. Children do not have to cross a street to access the beach, and we keep some toys, blocks, and books for their use. A lifeguard is stationed right at our 90th Street beach. Some of the best restaurants in Ocean City and a grocery store are within walking distance. The living room and master bedroom have sliding door access to the balcony. Each room has a ceiling fan. The condo has Wi-Fi, cable TV, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, washer, dryer, and gas fireplace (for the cooler months). Eight beds include: one king, one queen, two single, and two folding floor mattresses. The floor mattresses increase flexibility to add a bed in any of the three bedrooms or living room and eliminate the need to setup/take down each day. These folding mattresses are 4-inch high-density foam and measure 31 inches wide by 75 inches long (i.e., single bed). All mattresses are enclosed in a hypoallergenic, dust mite & bed bug proof encasement and then covered with a cotton mattress pad. Eight pillows and blankets for each mattress are provided. Two free parking passes are available for garage parking under the building. Free street parking is also available. The building has an elevator and secured entry doors. The elevator entry is approximately 42 inches wide and 60 inches deep. There are no stairs inside the condo. Guests supply their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, soap, detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. An optional linen package is available that will deliver sheets, pillowcases, and towels to the condo for your arrival. You may add this option to your reservation. No pets and absolutely no smoking allowed in this condo. No rental to persons under the age of 25 (no senior week rentals). The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups such as high school or college graduates. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies and Guest will not be permitted to occupy the premises. |
Owner of the above Property, by Central Reservations, Inc., its Agent, in consideration of payments provided, does hereby grant a non-exclusive revocable Lodging Agreement to Guest for the above period and subject to the following terms and conditions. |

Central Reservations, Inc. has an Agency relationship with the Owner of this Property. Agent has been hired and paid by Owner for the services rendered and will be representing the best interest of the Owner in all negotiations regarding this Lodging Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement"). |

SECURITY DEPOSIT WAIVER PLAN ("SDWP"): |
This optional Plan protects you from theft or damage which results from an accident within Property due to your inadvertent acts or omissions. The Security Deposit Waiver Plan ("SDWP") does not cover negligent or willful and wanton conduct. For a full description of the Plan, please refer to the enclosed Description of Coverage detailing full terms and conditions that apply. If a Description of Coverage is not enclosed, contact Central Reservations for a copy. You must notify Central Reservations of any damage or theft to Property during your occupancy, or this Plan is void. Payment for the SDWP will not be accepted after Guest occupies Property. If you choose not to purchase the SDWP, a security deposit will be added to the final balance. Some properties only accept a security deposit. Central Reservations receives a fee for this program. |
SECURITY DEPOSIT: |
If a security deposit is required, or you choose to pay a security deposit in lieu of the Security Deposit Waiver Plan, it is to secure the faithful performance of Guest's promises and duties contained herein. Said security deposit will be processed within 30 days of check-out date and will be returned to Guest less any costs for repairs, damages or excessive cleaning charges if Property is not left as required by this Agreement. Guest is responsible for reporting any existing damage upon taking occupancy. |
TRAVEL INSURANCE: |
Travel insurance is being offered through the Modern Voyage Travel Protection program and underwritten & offered by American Modern. Please note that there are no refunds due to a hurricane or illness, injury or death if travel insurance is NOT PURCHASED. The insurance premium will be billed on renter's initial deposit and is 7% of the total trip cost. For more detailed information, please call the American Modern policy and coverage questions hotline at 1-888-933-1117. |
Guest acknowledges travel insurance was offered at the time of the reservation, either verbally or via electronic options. If Guest declined travel insurance, the Lodging Agreement will so note $0.00 in the upper monetary portion of the Agreement. Guest may purchase travel insurance up to thirty days prior to arrival date by contacting Central Reservations at 1-877-736-8621 between 9am-5pm daily.
